Responsibilities:
Grow the group sales portfolio, through calls, emails, site visits, and other outreach
Generate new business to increase ticket sales and group bookings
Attend events and expos as the face of WonderWorks to increase company exposure
Manage customer relationships at various points throughout the sales cycle
Time Management & multi-tasking skills, and the ability to work independently and efficiently while making ethical decisions
Ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, though infrequently
Education in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or similar fields, or equivalent work experience required
A minimum of 2-3 years of previous hospitality or themed entertainment experience is preferred
Prolonged periods of standing, sitting, and walking throughout the work area
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
