WonderWorks is an indoor amusement park that combines education and entertainment with more than 100 hands-on exhibits that challenge the mind and spark imagination. WonderWorks corporate office in Orlando, Florida is looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team!

As our Marketing Project Coordinator, you will be instrumental in creating memorable experiences for our guests. From booking groups to supporting marketing initiatives, you'll ensure every interaction is seamless and every visit is as WONDERful as can be, leaving a positive lasting impression on our guests! 

The Marketing Project Coordinator assists with Sales & Marketing initiatives and supports the corporate team as well as team members on property as needed. 

Responsibilities include: 
 
  • Work with the sales and marketing team to implement programs and promotions
  • Manages special projects as assigned
  • Assist with guest inquiries and generate sales leads
  • Research and write educational content as needed
  • Assist with social media ideas, content creation and posting across all platforms
  • Provide support for the corporate staff (phone, mail, supplies, etc.)
  • Supports recruitment efforts across properties as needed
  • Plan employee appreciation activities & update bulletin
  • Completes operations research and organizational tasks
  • Schedules meetings and conference calls
  • Manage corporate vendors
  • Supports Finance, Human Resources, and other corporate teams as required
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management & multi-tasking skills and ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Ability to work any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Proven Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
  • Cold-calling experience preferred
  • CRM experience preferred
Education and Experience: 
  • High school diploma required
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Previous hospitality or themed entertainment experience is preferred
Physical Demands
  • Ability to stand, sit, and/or walk for prolong periods
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
