Admissions Attendants are the first to interact with our guests as they welcome them into the adventure of the upside-down building. Admissions Attendants are an intrinsic part of positive ticket sale interactions including sharing valuable information with guests, setting the tone for the WONDERful experiences they have in store for them inside the attraction!
Responsibilities:
Greet, welcome, and interact with all guests as they enter and exit the attraction
Answer guest questions and offer assistance in a friendly manner that provides exceptional customer service
Accurately process transactions through a point-of-sale system (POS system) including proper cash handling in a high-volume environment
Follow the checklist for required duties and timelines
Address and manage all complaints and concerns that occur during shifts; if unable to appropriately resolve, refer guest complaints and/or incidents to the Manager on Duty
Basic mathematical skills, as needed to make change
Ability to work any shift including nights, weekends, holidays, and weather conditions
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous themed entertainment and sales experience is preferred
Physical Demands:
Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the work area
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
