Greet and welcome all guests that enter the ropes course area
Instruct, lead and supervise guests safely through the ropes course by following standard operating procedures
Follow standard operating procedures and ensure that guests meet all height, weight, and clothing requirements
Properly fit harnesses adhering to WonderWorks’ training and course manufacturer’s requirements
Prolong standing, walking, balancing, stooping and climbing to various areas of the attraction
Provide knowledgeable explanations about each ropes element and perform instructional/safety briefings to guests to ensure all are adequately instructed in all course content and activities in order to provide a safe, successful, and enjoyable experience
Keep accurate records ensuring each guest or guardian has signed a waiver
Escort and accompany guests at all times while on the course site, maintaining orderly behavior and a safe environment
Keep the ropes course area and equipment storage neat, clean, and orderly
Maintain calm under pressure and perform correct safety protocol in the case of an emergency
Assist with equipment inventory and daily inspections of equipment and course
Report equipment damage, malfunction and repair requirements of the ropes course itself and all associated equipment to management
Report guest issues to management immediately
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
Observational skills and operational risk management skills to ensure safe practices and recognize guest needs
Ability to work any shift including nights, weekends, holidays, and weather conditions
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous high ropes course, zipline, or climbing experience and themed entertainment experience is preferred
Physical Demands:
Prolonged periods of standing, walking, balancing, stooping and climbing throughout the work area
Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
